About The Role
As an Account Executive, Mid-Market you will prospect, consult and sell to companies with 50-1000 employees. Our Mid-Market team is responsible for closing net new deals by influencing prospects and building strong relationships with CFOs, Controllers, Founders and Accounting Professionals, in addition to Engineering leaders. You will take full ownership over a territory, develop sales plans and strategies to show how Routable can solve B2B spend management challenges.
- Manage the customer buying journey from discovery to negotiation, selling both transactional deals and five-figure, multi year deals
- Build a sales pipeline through a targeted account list or vertical and develop a territory plan for companies between 50 to 1000 employees
- Interface and sell to multiple personas and stakeholders within target organizations
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos
- Negotiate contracts and close net new business to hit or exceed your goals
- Qualify, manage and forecast an accurate sales funnel and pipeline to sales leadership
- Deliver product feedback and insights to the Routable team
- 2-3 years in a full-sales cycle role
- Salesforce.com CRM experience
- Strong experience outbound prospecting and conducting product demos
- Proven track record closing business and exceeding sales targets
- Startup experience strongly preferred
- Self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to be coached and open to learning

Most recently this has taken on the form of a bread-making class and defeating an Escape Room. Yeah.. We love to compete together as a team.
