Your Tasks

As our second team member in the area of Business Intelligence, you will handle all tasks related to BI and data engineering independently, including all stages of the process of setting up a BI infrastructure.

• Define key metrics that directly determine our strategic and operational decision-making processes


• Design and set up a data warehouse that acts as a central hub for all our data


• Create reports and dashboards using modern BI solutions such as Metabase, Redash, Looker or Tableau


• Write SQL queries and automated scripts to perform complex analyses


• Build ETL pipelines that integrate data from several internal and external sources


• Constantly improve our OLAP data model to make sure we can analyse our data effectively


• Manage and improve all business intelligence processes within the company

Your Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BI and data modelling


• Experience with commonly used BI tools such as Looker or Tableau


• Excellent knowledge of SQL, relational databases such as MySQL or Postgres, as well as data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake or Redshift


• Ideally, coding experience with languages common in data engineering such as Python or R


• Generalist mindset; eagerness to learn about new technologies and tackle unfamiliar problems


• Startup mindset and pragmatic, hands-on attitude


• Fluency in English and great communication skills
