As a Business Systems Analyst at Vecna Healthcare, you will be the subject matter expert for our Patient Solutions products. You will work with our project managers to capture business and integration requirements for our clients and successfully translate that information into requirement details and stories for our project managers and implementation team to execute upon.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the project management team on all functionality and integration for our Patient Solutions products.
• Understanding of customer requirements in order to successfully translate these requirements back to the project delivery team or software development team where appropriate.
• Work with Professional Services to update project methodology, process, product documentation and client facing documentation so that our customers are realizing the full value of our solution offerings.
• Help identify and resolve issues and if necessary facilitate the escalation to the appropriate internal teams.
• Document and analyze business processes and help to drive and improve process workflows
• Work closely with product team to understand new feature requirements, timelines and functionality in order to distribute this information to the project management team and our customers.
• Assist internal stakeholders as project manager for internal projects requiring a project plan, milestones, and management.
• Development of key performance reporting and metrics to support the delivery of our products.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree - Technical degree preferred
• Very strong problem solving skills
• Strong project management experience and understanding of enterprise wide healthcare implementations and roll out strategies
• Experience with HL7 integration technology and requirements are a plus
• Knowledge of Office, Vizio, JIRA and Confluence preferred
• Self-starter, highly motivated with a team player attitude and the ability to drive results within a designated timeline
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in order to facilitate discussions
