Location: USA Type: Full-time
Advanced Systems Group LLC provides onsite content production and event production managed services to corporate clients. Currently we are looking for a Tech Recruiter with experience working with creative services. This position will focus on key strategic hires across multiple teams and clients.

This position can be remote. 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Source talent for full time and project based assignments
  • Host initial phone screens
  • Work with Resource Managers to prioritize and expedite open requisitions
  • Build relationships with prospective talent that may be suitable for current or future openings
  • Source, review, and qualify both passive and active candidates
  • Deliver candidate recommendations to onsite teams and clients that match job requirements and include relevant supporting information such as portfolios, demo reels, referrals, and general highlights
  • Set appropriate expectations with candidates keeping them informed and aware of process
  • Negotiate compensation and communicate benefits offerings
  • Look for opportunities to continuously improve our service offering and quality of execution
Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client service mindset with the ability to adapt to changing requirements
  • Ability to prioritize competing initiatives which all appear urgent
  • Proficient with technology including;
    • Applicant Tracking Systems
    • Google Apps, (docs, sheets, presentations, calendar, mail, drive, etc)
    • Social Media: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook
    • Job Boards
  • Comfortable working on high volume, fast turnaround assignments
  • Comfortable negotiating compensation
  • Demonstrable knowledge of employment regulations and industry best practices
  • Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and clear vision with the understanding of when to take accountability
Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of tech recruiting experience, preferably within creative services, content production, or event production areas
  • Passive and active sourcing experience required
