As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will provide swift, quality administrative support to medical insurance customers. Validate benefits authorization, troubleshoot claims, assist with Rx prescription orders, facilitate delivery from local pharmacies, and work to ensure claims are paid by contacting patients, insurance, and medical doctor offices.
**Must have high speed internet service at home. Mobile hot spots are not acceptable.**
SHIFTS:
- Workdays: Tuesday - Saturday
- Work an 8 hour shift within the hours of 5:00am - 8:30pm MST
- Shifts are assigned upon hire and you will work a consistent schedule until next shift bid.
- 4 weeks of training 7:00am - 3:30pm MST

COMPENSATION:
- $500 sign on bonus!
- $11.10/hr. + Overtime and
- Up to $400 in monthly incentives
