Description
This is a remote position that can be anywhere in the United States.
Immensely partnering up with our Account Executive, Account Management, and Product team, our CSMs primarily focus on delivering high caliber experiences. This includes onboarding Hiretual product that owns the pre-sales pilot stage throughout the entire post-sales customer lifecycle to client satisfaction of troubleshooting product questions.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent support to customers in MM and ENT sectors in order to secure account adoption and success metrics, and continue to increase our retention rate. Starting at the pre-sales pilot stage, this support will continue for the entire post-sales customer lifecycle.
Responsible for three primary functions, including Proactive and consistent user engagement, customer troubleshooting, and helping assigned accounts achieve defined success metrics and milestones throughout the customer lifecycle.
Required to effectively blend customer-centric, relationship-driven support with a proactive, data-driven approach in order to secure account health and customer success
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience in customer support or customer success role in Saas industry
Additional background in recruiting and talent acquisition space is a huge plus!
Skills: customer success, onboarding, user experience, virtual user training, familiarity with Salesforce, customer ticket management, working with large Enterprises, knowledge of pre-sales processes, cross functional collaboration
