Main responsibilities

• The team will need to troubleshoot for locally deployed installs


• Report events based on the procedure. Follow all events till closure.


• Prepare and maintain Documentation, Reports, and provide follow on the status of identified tasks.


• Coordinate across teams to ensure that all issues apply the appropriate focus and sense of urgency.


• Perform daily health checks (Network, Servers & Applications).

Requirements

• Experience developing in .Net, JavaScript


• Familiar with SQL/NoSQL databases


• Need to be polished and have excellent communication.


• Exposure to infrastructure will be advantageous
