About the Influencer Growth Manager Role

As an Influencer Growth Manager within the Strategy department, you will be responsible for a select group of influencers (as clients), providing high-level digital business strategies to help scale their business. 

You will have to wear many hats doing your job and be empathetic with your clients. Therefore we're very purposeful about who joins the CD team. You will be the face of the company to your clients helping them grow their digital business.  

Loving being on social media and the influencer industry is not enough. You need to have an analytical eye to understand the behind-the-scenes and put together strategies to help influencers to own their space and influence. You will be putting together strategies for digital businesses, including social media, email marketing, organic search and any other platform you find important to grow in digital. 

We believe in collaboration over competition so you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll have a multidisciplinary remote team by your side: not only inside the Influencer Growth Strategy department but also the Studio, Tech, Marketing & co department - all working together with the same purpose: create digital empires. 


Your role as an Influencer Growth Manager

You will have a set quota of clients to maintain and nurture, guiding them to grow their business through digital strategy. 

As an Influencer Growth Manager, you will be accountable for nurturing our established client base and manage consistent growth by securing new accounts while upselling our services and pushing forward brand partnerships to reach monetary goals.

It will be your responsibility to keep your client’s quota by securing new clients and supporting the department with the sales funnel conversion. 



  • Client’s Strategic Growth:

    1. Strategic Planning 

    2. Email management/client comms

    3. Client Calls: including scheduling & prep

    4. Reporting & insights 

    5. Keep up to date with client history

    6. Identify revenue opportunities within your established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts

    7. Secure new clients & maintaining relationships with other influencers 

    8. Upsell Studio Projects aligned with growth strategies and department financial KPIs 

    9. Recommend clients for Brand Partnerships to the CD Influencer Management team

    10. Overview of Website Support Tickets for your clients

  • Building Strategies Knowledge Base & Roadmaps

  • Create Knowledge Base articles, Case Studies and work on Email Marketing campaigns

  • Support new team members

  • Collaborate across departments (Dev, Design, Studio, Marketing & co) 

  • Industry/Trends Research



  • Minimum 3 years in the digital strategy industry

  • Minimum 3 years in Sales experience 

  • Experience in digital strategy in multiple and cross channels: Blog, Email Marketing, Organic Search, Paid Search, Social Media (Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, TikTok, Facebook,...) 

  • E-commerce strategy experience is a plus, together with working knowledge of Woocommerce and Shopify 

  • An essential prerequisite you will have a working knowledge of WordPress, a proven understanding of development methodology and the opportunities, limitations, and benefits of different technical approaches. You will be required to make informed recommendations to our clients based on this knowledge and experience

  • Data analytics via Google Analytics, Data Studio, Social Media & Email platform Insights 

  • Comfortable working with Slack, Airtable & Google Suite 

  • Be able to instil great confidence in clients at all levels and to lead a great team to deliver results

  • Strong emotional intelligence, listening skills and ability to establish needs and leads score

  • Plenty of drive and enthusiasm, be adaptable, articulate, calm under pressure, very organised and detail-oriented

  • Good English communication skills: oral and written
