Lead Full Stack Developer- Remote no Travel Requirement.

Motive is seeking a Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for the maintenance and development of new and legacy systems and applications. Desired strengths include strong application debugging skills, a strong background in web technologies, and experience developing and administrating AWS infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Debugging issues that arise in production




• Maintenance and management of internal applications




• Meeting with stakeholders to gather requirements, drafting technical specifications



• Overall planning, execution, and success of technical projects


• Lead, Inspire and grow current distributed engineering team

Required Experience

• Programmatic / Ad Tech (buy-side & exchanges


• Product management, including Agile software development processes


• Real-time big data development and analytics


• Proficiency in: PHP, JavaScript, Golang, Python


• Database knowledge in either MySQL, PostgreSQL (Redshift), or NoSQL


• AWS administration (EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, Lambda)
