We are a personal growth & coaching institute. Our mission: we inspire, instruct and ignite people to create and live a life they love. We are growing fast and are looking for TWO rockstar copywriters to join our dynamic, heart-centered, and mission-driven team - one to write for our Life & Transformation division (personal development / life coaching), another to write for our Coach Certification division. As a Copywriter on our team, you will be responsible for optimizing the funnels of one of these divisions. This means:

• Funnel Pages: You craft compelling, congruent copy for squeeze/delivery pages to move traffic through our funnel, ensuring the highest conversion rates possible.
• Email Marketing: You write compelling, engaging emails with high deliverability, open rates, and click through rates.
• Video Scripts: You produce scripts for cutting edge videos, that tell compelling stories and make seamless calls to action - to be used in our ads and social media, on pages and in emails.
• Sales Pages & VSLs: You know what a "big idea" is (without Googling it right now). You produce Big Idea-driven copy for sales pages and VSLs that produce stellar conversion rates and lead to strong sales results for all types of traffic coming to our sales pages.
• Lead magnets: You create world-class marketing assets that drive cold traffic into our funnels, transforming prospects into eager and enthusiastic, ready-to-buy leads.

Are you the perfect fit?

• You have experience writing copy in the personal development and/or life coaching industries (Bonus points for both industries). NOTE >> You must have experience in at least one of these niches to be considered.
• You have solid experience writing direct response copy:
• Emails (promotions, sequences, newsletters, etc.)...
• Funnel pages (opt-in pages, thank you pages, upsell pages, sales pages, etc.)...
• Video scripts (PLF videos, VSLs, ad videos, content videos, etc.)...
• ...and you have multiple samples of each to share with us.
• (Bonus points for Facebook/YouTube/Google Ad samples as well)
• (NOTE: We are NOT interested in Product Descriptions or Blog Posts as samples - please do not apply if you only have these samples to share)
• You live & breathe personal growth - you have a strong interest in learning and applying transformational and spiritual principles in your life, and you deeply understand this market because you ARE the market. :)
• You're mission driven to make an impact in the world, and you want to apply your copywriting skills to helping others live better lives.
• You have a proven track recordof writing direct response copy that converts.
• You are a "creative" with discipline - you can come up with great ideas, and consistently produce high quality and creative copy during launches and promotions.
• You are a passionate student of direct response! You continually study direct response copywriting and the copywriting greats, and you LOVE the idea of joining a world-class copy team to further hone your skills.
• You're enthusiastically seeking a full time position and you are looking forward to dedicating your full focus and energy to this position.

Required Experience & Proficiencies:

• 3+ years experience writing direct response copy and a proven track record (please do not apply if you just started writing copy)
• 1-3+ years experience writing copy in the personal development and/or life coaching industries (please do not apply if you do not have at least 1 year experience writing multiple forms of converting copy in at least 1 of these industries)
• Access to high speed internet (capable of regular video conferencing), a dedicated and distraction free work space and able to meet all requirements of this role while working remotely.
• Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Asana Task Management System (or similar + ability to learn immediately)
• Google Apps - Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive
• Communication Tools - Google Meet, Skype, Zoom
• Research Tools - Keyword Planner, Google Trends, BuzzSumo, Facebook Insights, SEO tools, Amazon, YouTube, etc.

Compensation:
This position is a full time, remote, salaried position at $68-75k annual salary - based on experience and qualifications.
