Location: USA Type: Full-time

Position Overview

We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to assist with the recruiting process for our Engineering Department, and potentially other areas of the company. This is an opportunity to help an incredible start-up continue to scale. We are growing quite quickly and need someone who can work at a quick pace and who is passionate about working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, moving candidates through the process as swiftly as possible.

In this role, you will assist the Head of Talent in guiding candidates through the hiring process, helping them schedule interviews with our team member's and providing support and check in's for them on a regular basis. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is an organized, thoughtful and diligent worker. Additionally, you will work closely with managers and other executives within the company, providing you a great opportunity to learn about the business.


Responsibilities

  • Report to and assist the Head of Talent in the recruiting process
  • Work with hiring managers to schedule and move candidates through the stages of the hiring process
  • Manage the candidate process and utilize the Applicant Tracking System to efficiently process and track candidates
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, a person whom they can communicate with if they have questions regarding the process or next steps
  • Prepare weekly recruiting reports to keep the hiring team up to speed on the progress of the pipeline


Qualifications & Experience

  • Written and verbal communications skills
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize, attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technologies and tools
  • Exceptional customer service focus combined with exemplary follow-through
  • Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS (applicant tracking system) or other ATS's preferred but not required
