Sales Development Representative

Location: USA Type: Full-time

We are bringing new and powerful tools to providers and are looking for team members that are excited about making healthcare more intelligent and inclusive.

We are seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal candidates have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, reaching out to prospects, and participating in hand-offs with sales leadership.


Location

100% remote with some potential travel


Responsibilities

  • Represent our company's products and services through industry research and participation in the product development process
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and partner with the founder on next steps
  • Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation
  • Utilize internal tools, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Report to CEO with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of healthcare sales experience
  • Experience with healthcare sales cycles/pipelines
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and slack
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Comfort in an agile and rapidly changing engineering environment
  • Self motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Quick learner

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working in a start-up environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability
