We are looking to hire a full time Sales Lead to help build and run our Admissions Team! In this role you’ll start as a player/coach, first understanding the product and sales cycle and making closes with the Founder, that way you can build/manage a team with relevant experience. You will manage your own schedule and be working Remotely.
Learn and improve current process through hypothesis and A/B testing
Build repeatable and scalable processes for Admissions Consultants to execute
Hire, train, manage staff to ensure goals and business objectives are met
Skills Needed For The Position
Ability to work to meet performance based measures, often under pressure
Strong time management and organization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional emotional intelligence and sensory acuity
What Else You’ll Need
Has at least 1 year experience in a sales role

$40,000-$50,000 Base / $75,000-$100,000 OTE
