Senior Technical Recruiter
San Francisco, CA
As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will build the teams responsible for writing the software and infrastructure to scale. You will partner closely with Engineering and Product hiring managers to generate a diverse pipeline and make hires on their highest priority roles, all while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. There is a lot of room for ownership and professional growth, as you will be a part of a small, data-driven team in a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
- Building a diverse pipeline of top Engineering and Product talent through sourcing, referrals, and inbound candidates
- Handling and driving the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer, while recommending improvements along the way
- Regularly tracking and analyzing pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders
- Providing advice and coaching to hiring managers and interviewers throughout the recruitment process
- Ensuring each candidate has an unrivaled, positive, and memorable experience from start to finish
- Eventually supporting key strategic Recruiting initiatives, such as interview training, driving referrals, and developing our talent brand
90 Day Plan
Within your first 90 days we expect you will do the following:
- You will make at least 3 (and hopefully more) technical hires
- You will develop meaningful relationships with hiring managers and all involved in the interview process within our entire organization
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of full cycle Recruiting experience on various Software roles, preferably at a startup or agency
- Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional and diverse technical candidates
- Ability to meet hiring targets, generate significant pipeline for multiple reqs at once, and handle competing priorities
- Passion for technology and a data-driven approach to solving problems
